Today, Lenovo proudly announced the launch of a new site to go along with their most recent "What is your Idea of Fun?" campaign. It is centered around the Lenovo Idea Brand and gives users and potential customers a place to share thoughts, videos, and photos.

In addition to creating a community around the Idea Brand, Lenovo is also using the site to host contests and create a better understanding of the IdeaPad Laptops and IdeaCentre Desktops.

Potential Customers can check out what other users are saying and find the perfect laptop for them, so they're satisfied that they've chosen a computer they can have fun with.

Lenovo is currently holding two constests. The first offers a chance to join Lenovo at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada in January 2011 by sending in your very own idea for a fun modified version of an IdeaPad Laptop and getting voted #1 by the site visitors. The other part of the contest is voting on the modified laptop idea and getting a chance to win an IdeaPad Y560.

Building a Community

Lenovo already has such a large following, by building this community they are creating their very own social media outlet for their incredible fanbase. While users share ideas and creativity, the Lenovo Idea Brand will strengthen and become as resilient as the reknowned ThinkPad line.
